Card Review (NOT sent in)

This charge is for the review of the condition of a card, estimate of grade, and recommendation of service level. This charge only occurs when the cards are NOT sent out for grading. This charge is absorbed in the cost of grading when cards are sent in for grading and is not an additional charge when the cards are sent in for grading.
